Return Period

You have the right to return unused products within 14 days of receipt. The return period begins on the day you receive the product.

Return Conditions

• In original packaging with all accessories included
• Returned within the 14-day period
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order details and reason for return
3. Receive return instructions and authorization
4. Ship the product back using the provided instructions

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
